Find your gap

Programmed recovery for athletes · Dubai

Recovery is training.

You plan every run, every interval and every race. Zone Zero is the hour that makes that training count: 60 coached minutes of programmed recovery for runners and hybrid athletes.

Built for the tight hips, heavy legs and stalled times that come with training hard.

Free. Two minutes, ten questions. Your result comes with a free November taster.

The gap

Training is the stimulus. Recovery is where you adapt.

You train in zones one to five. Zone Zero is the zone below them: the hours after the work, when your body returns to baseline and adapts to the load you gave it.

Most athletes program the load in detail and leave the recovery to chance. A roller when they remember, sleep when it comes. The load keeps climbing while the recovery stays put, and you feel the difference as tight hips, heavy legs and times that stall.

“A session to focus on things we know we should do, but don't do enough.”

Your gap has a number.

Ten questions weigh your training load against your recovery. You get your band, and the dose that closes the gap.

The session · Ground State

60 minutes. Six phases. One arc.

Energy climbs to a peak at Foundation, then the room brings you down, phase by phase, into recovery. The music slows with it. Your coach explains what each phase is doing as you go, so you can take it into your own training.

05 · The Drop
  1. The Grind

Roller work through the five zones that carry most of your training load.

  2. Foundation

Six strength and stability movements for hips, glutes and core. The peak of the session.

  3. The Length

Long, controlled holds through five areas, to give back the range your training takes.

  4. The Boost™

Rhythmic movement and breath for your lymphatic system, the network that clears fluid from working tissue.

  5. The Drop

Breathwork that flips the parasympathetic switch and moves your nervous system into recovery.

  6. The Reset

The close. One collective exhale, and the question you started with.

Most people leave feeling looser and lighter, and notice the difference on their next run.

The standard

The Zone Zero athlete is programmed.

They wake up rebuilt.
They arrive at the start line ready.
They keep showing up, session after session, year after year.

They measure the load and match the recovery.
They train the whole equation, for the long haul, on purpose.

Most know. Few do. They are the few.

From the pilot room

“The recovery session you never realised you needed.”

Founding athletes

Be one of the few.

Zone Zero will have up to 45 founding athletes. Places open with the sessions, so every founder gets a seat every week: each room holds 15, and each weekly session opens 11 founding places.

Right now that's Thursdays at Al Furjan Club, with a second weekly session from January. Every session we add opens 11 more, until founding closes for good on 29 November.

  • Bonus sessions on your first founding block: one extra on The Six, two on The Build, three on The Season.
  • Your season one price, held for as long as you keep renewing.
  • Founding athlete status. It closes on 29 November and never reopens.

Every room is indoors and capped at 15. Book online, up to 7 days ahead.

    Good to know

    Questions athletes ask.

What happens at a November taster?

A full 60 minute session, free, once per athlete. Take the assessment first: your result comes with your band, your dose and the link to book your seat. Taster seats are limited, so if you miss yours, your next step is a founding block, or First Three once it opens on 30 November.

    Who is it for?

Runners, Hyrox and hybrid athletes, cyclists and lifters. If you train three or more times a week and you want to keep doing it for years, you're in the right room.

I'm not very flexible. Is that a problem?

That's exactly who it's built for. Every position has options, and your coach adjusts them for you. Range is something you build here, week by week.

How is this different from a yoga or stretch class?

Every phase has a training job: tissue, strength, range, lymphatic work, then the parasympathetic switch. It's programmed around your training load, and you leave knowing what each part did and why.

    What should I bring?

Water, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a mat if you have one. Rollers are provided. Every session is indoors.

    How do blocks work?

Your block starts at your first session, from 3 December. Book up to 7 days ahead and cancel at least 12 hours before, or the session counts as used. Every block ends by 30 June 2027.

Each room holds 15, and we cap how many blocks we sell so every athlete gets their dose. If there's no seat for you in a given week, your expiry moves out by a week automatically.

Can I bring my team or my club?

Yes. Email hello@wearezonezero.com for team sessions at your workplace and for partner club details.
